Who are we?         

We are Jack and Alison Lee. We want your child to have a great experience at our preschool. We have lots of experience with children. We decided to go "All out" with this new facility by offering the amenities of a corporate owned daycare but with the caring and personal attention of family owned. We live locally and care about our community and your children!

Today's child is the ultimate learning center with its large Playground, Educational Rooms, Infant Room, Huge Indoor Playroom, Covered Outside Area, Separate Kitchen / Dining area, and Curriculum for children of all ages. Out of all the things we have to offer, Caring and Support is our biggest asset.

Our Center has a low child to teacher ratio offering more personalized care for your child. Truly a place to enhance the talents of your child.

Our Facility has a very large playroom along with separate rooms for different age groups.  It is a newer building with a covered drop off, so no getting rained on! All the rooms are cleaned and inspected daily. Safety is # 1 at Today's Child.

Our Staff is qualified, compassionate, warm, and understanding. We love children and create a caring atmosphere. Our staff is First Aid / CPR certified and background checked.

Class curriculum and projects are designed to encourage and promote a child's positive self-esteem, creativity, sense of responsibility, and social skills.

Our programs and activities promote the development of life skills, balance and coordination, values, math, reading, writing, history, science, language, vocabulary, arts, music, and enjoyment!

Vaccinations,
We require children to have vaccination papers before attending our facility.
We apologize if this may cause any inconvenience.

You will find our facility goes beyond all other daycares when it comes to prevention. We clean, vacuum, wipe surfaces, toys, and disinfect daily. Both the children and employees wash their hands several times a day.
Our sick policy is strict and information can be found in our handbook .

Security,
     We have a lot of experience with different security devices and systems. We have found being in a great location, having many teachers for fewer children, extensive background checks on employees, an office entry area requiring a signature matching the photo ID on record, security cameras for all rooms, high fences, staff watching at all times (indoor and outdoor), highly approved toys, locked cabinets, well maintained facility, and the standard alarm systems, puts us above all other childcare facilities. Relying on a simple electronic pad or computerized system is not only foolish but we have found them to be a lot less reliable than our staff and "real" precautions such as caring for your child and watching them closely.
     We require all parents to have photo ID's on record along with anybody who will be authorized to pick up their children. These ID's are checked at our office area before entering through the door of our main facility.

Infants,
     We have a separate room for infants along with many toys and things for them to do. We have video monitoring as an extra precaution. Since we have a low teacher to child ratio, your infant will get lots of one on one time with highly qualified people who love to be around children.

The Staff
     We require finger printing, background checks, and registration as a minimum requirement. All of our employees are CPR / First aid certified. Our years of experience and testing allows us to find the best qualified employees who are caring and love children.  We encourage you to come to our facility at meet them in person.
